The Blessed Renaissance in 1970 saw the transition of Oman from an underdeveloped country and to modern and vibrant nation. As a tribute to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Saidís vision and leadership, Progress 2010-11, highlights the major milestones in Omanís socio-economic development over the last forty years. The 16th edition of ĎProgressí takes a walk down memory lane identifying 40 landmark events that have been fundamental in Omanís transition to a modern, dynamic and progressive nation.

The latest edition offers an exhaustive coverage of sectors such as oil and gas, banking and finance, capital markets, education and healthcare, insurance, agriculture, retailing, aviation, information technology, real estate, telecom, industry, power, infrastructure and tourism. These sectors are covered in dedicated chapters with a focus on the latest developments, key financial indicators and their future roadmap. Each of these chapters are accompanied by mesmerising pictures and breathtaking design.
